Start Mac Mail

Click on the “Mail” Menu
Click “Add Account”
Choose the “Other Mail Account” option and click “Continue”

Enter your name, Email Address and Password and then click “Sign In”

Choose your Account Type as POP or IMAP, if unsure choose “IMAP”.
Enter both the incoming & outgoing Mail Server addresses as mail. followed by your domain name (e.g. if your domain is example.com you would enter mail.example.com)

If prompted for your Username enter your full email address
Incoming Mail Server Info
Leave the Port as Auto and remove the tick from ‘Use SSL’
For Authentication choose Password

Outgoing Mail Server Info
Your Mail Server is mail. followed by your domain name (e.g. mail.example.com)
For the Username enter your full email address
Enter your email Password
