
Web site billing information
Most of our hosting and email packages are billed annually. When the package approaches its expiry date you will be sent a reminder by email. You can then either log into the customer control panel as normal and renew the package manually, or just wait for the expiry date. On the expiry date a renewal invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you by email. You can then make payment via the usual methods.
If you do not wish to renew your package, then you will need to cancel it in the control panel. If a renewal invoice has already been generated, then please cancel the package, and then get in touch with us so that we can cancel the invoice for you.
