
Payment Methods
We can take payment by credit or debit card through the customer control panel, by cheque through the post or by bank transfer (Swift/BIC and BACS).
To pay by card log in to the customer control panel then select the pay personal invoices option from the Financials Menu. Enter your card details then click "update". The payment will be taken, and you will be sent a confirmation by email. Please note that we do not store your card details in our system, they are passed on to Worldpay, the payment is processed, and then the details are deleted from our system.
To pay by cheque, please write your customer number and the invoice number on the back of the cheque, and post it to the address on the invoice.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please get in touch with us and we will send you a copy of our bank details. Payments should be made in Pounds Sterling, and you will need to make sure that you pay any bank charges on top of the sum that you send. If possible please quote your customer number as a payment reference.
