
How to order an email package
Most of our web hosting packages include email services. You only need to order an email package if you do not have, or do not need a web hosting package. First of all you will need to choose an email package. You can find information about our packages on our website (http://www.domaincheck.co.uk).
New Customers
On the email package page on our website (http://www.domaincheck.co.uk), click the "Order Now" link, this will take you to our general order form. Select the relevant category and package, then click next to proceed through the order process.
Once you have placed your order and paid for it, it will take around an hour for the package to be set up. You will then receive a package activation email containing a username and password for the domain control panel for your new package and a customer control panel email containing your customer number and password for access to the customer control panel.
You will then need to log in to the domain control panel and select your new email addresses.
Existing Customers
If you already have a customer account with us then you can order an email package, pay for it online, and start using it straight away. First log in to the customer control panel, then from the Orders Menu select Personal Orders >> Order A Personal Package. Select a category and package, then click "next" to proceed through the order process.
Once you have placed your order and paid for it, it will take around an hour for the package to be set up. You will then receive a package activation email containing a username and password for the domain control panel for your new package.
You will then need to log in to the domain control panel and select your new email addresses.
