How to order a hosting package
First of all you will need to choose a hosting package. You can find information about our packages on our website (http://www.domaincheck.co.uk).
New Customers
On the hosting package pages on our website (http://www.domaincheck.co.uk), simply click the 'Order Now' link which will take you to our general order form. Select the relevant category and package, then click 'next' to proceed through the order process.
Once you have placed your order and paid for it, it will take around an hour for the package to be set up. You will then receive a package activation email containing a domain username and password for the control panel and FTP account for your new package. You will also receive another email containing your customer number and password for access to the control panel for your overall customer account.
(NB. You may have multiple domains, each with their own unique domain usernames and passwords under a single customer account).
Existing Customers
To order a hosting package for a new domain name
If you already have a customer account with us then you can order a new domain and hosting package, pay for it online, and start using it straight away! First log in to the customer control panel, then from the 'Orders Menu' select 'Personal Orders' >> 'Order A Personal Package'. Select a category and package, then click "next" to proceed through the order process.
To order a hosting package for an existing domain name
From the 'Orders Menu' select 'Personal Orders' >> 'Personal Orders List', click the 'Switch package' button 
and follw the order process as described above.
Once you have placed your order and paid for it, it will take around an hour for the package to be set up. You will then receive a package activation email containing a username and password for the domain control panel and FTP account for your new package.
