Hosting
I already have a package, how do I switch to a different package?
Log in to the customer control panel, from the orders menu select personal orders >> personal orders list. Next to your current package click the
button, and then proceed through the order process as normal.
How do I change my email password?
Log in to the domain control panel using your domain username (e.g. ad1234) and password. From the Settings menu select User Settings >> Users List. Click the
button in the row next to your username, enter the password in the two password buttons and then click

Why is there nothing in my inbox when I use Squirrelmail?
When emails are sent to you, they are received by our email server and stored in a mailbox. You then connect to our system using your email program (Outlook for example) and download copies of the messages onto your computer. By default most email programs then delete the messages from the mailbox.
The Squirrelmail webmail system is just another email program, like Outlook or Eudora. The only difference is that it runs on our web server, rather than on your own computer, and is accessed via the web. When you log in to Squirrelmail it shows you the messages that are currently in your mailbox. If the messages have previously been downloaded by you using (for example) Outlook, and deleted from the mailbox, then they will no longer be accessible through Squirrelmail.
If you would like to be able to view messages through Squirrelmail that have already been downloaded to your computer then you will need to configure the email program on your computer to leave the messages in the mailbox after they are downloaded. Please note that you will then need to manually delete messages from the mailbox, otherwise your mailbox will become full, and no longer be able to receive email.
I'm going to be away from the office for a few days, how do I set up an autoresponder on my email?
Log in to the domain control panel, then from the Services Menu select Email >> Mail POP3 (Sendmail) Settings. Click the
button next to your mailbox, and a new window will open up. In the Autoresponder section, tick the "activate" box, and enter your message in the "message" box, then click
. Your autoresponder will be activated in about an hour.

How do I change my customer password?
First log in to your customer control panel, then select Relationships >> User Manager >> Users List. Click the
button next to the relevant username, enter a new password and then click the
button at the bottom.
I can't find the right menu in the control panel
Make sure you have logged in with the correct username and password.
To access the (by default) green customer control panel, where you will find all of your packages and financial information, you need to log in with your customer number and password.
To access the (by default) blue domain control panel, where you can change settings for your hosting and email, you need to log in with your domain username and password.
Billing
Can I pay my bills online by card?
Yes. To pay invoice please log in to the customer control panel and select the pay personal invoices option from the financials menu. Please enter a description of your payment in the box, and fill in your card details then click
. Once your payment has been processed you will receive confirmation via email.
