With a Domaincheck Mailbox your email is stored on our servers until you log in to download it using your email program. Each mailbox has one main email address attached, and you can add us many extra addresses as you like**. You can access your email using the POP3 or IMAP protocols, using any modern email program, from anywhere in the world.
If you move from one internet service provider to another you can keep using the same mailboxes, there's no need to change a thing.
All Domaincheck Email packages have FREE 24/7 webmail access.
Using our Webmail system you can check your mailbox, and send mail, when you're away from your usual computer. If you're away from the office for the day you can check your messages from a web cafe, or check your mail from home.

Domaincheck Mailboxes with Mailscan Antispam/Antivirus
Email Spam and Viruses are an unpleasant fact of life on the modern internet. It's impossible to avoid them entirely, but with the Domaincheck Mailscan system it is possible to keep them to an absolute minimum.
The Mailscan system scans every single email that you receive before it reaches your computer and compares the contents to known virus threats and typical spam messages. Virus infected emails are dropped immediately, and possible spam messages are assigned a score. Based on this score the email will then either be allowed through as normal, tagged with a spam warning in the subject line or blocked completely.
You can then use the filtering options in your email program to move any tagged email into a spam folder away from your normal email. If you prefer we can set the system to block the spam emails entirely, so that they don't even get delivered to your inbox.
You'll even receive a monthly email letting you know how many clean, virus infected or spam emails we've processed for you.

A Catchall mailbox receives all email sent to any address at your domain name. If you run your own mail server in your office, using MS Exchange, MDaemon or similar, then a Catchall mailbox is the solution you need. You can pick up all of the mail in the mailbox in one session, then split it into individual mailboxes on your own server.
