Domain names billing information
Domain names are typically registered for a two year period. Nominet domains (.uk) can only be registered for two years at a time, and can only be renewed within a couple of months of the expiry date. Some other domains can be registered for longer periods, and we offer discounts if you register for five or ten years at a time.
When a domain is approaching its expiry date, the control panel system sends out an email alert to the owner's email address. You will then need to log in to the customer control panel then from the Orders Menu select Domains Manager >> Domains List, and click the Renew Domain button (last button on the right) next to the relevant domain. This will generate a renewal invoice, and once this is paid the domain will be renewed.
If you do not wish to renew your domain name, then you will need to cancel your package. If a renewal invoice has already been generated, then please first cancel your package, and then get in touch with us so that we can cancel the invoice for you.
