Domain name renewals
Domain names are typically registered for a two year period. Nominet domains (.uk) can only be registered for two years at a time, and can only be renewed within a couple of months of the expiry date. Some other domains can be registered for longer periods, and we offer discounts if you register for five or ten years at a time.
When a domain is approaching its expiry date, the control panel system sends out an email alert to the owner's email address. You will then need to log in to the customer control panel.
If you do not wish to renew your domain name, then you will need to cancel your package please send a Fax to 0191 261 4452.
