
Domain Control Panel
To access the domain control panel, log in at https://manager.domaincheck.co.uk with your domain user name and password.

Settings Menu
- Package Details
- This option shows you a complete list of the services included in your package.
- View Services Usage
- Use this screen to keep an eye on the usage of your package. The table shows you how much of your disk space and traffic allowance has been used.
- Add A User
- The quickest way to add a new mailbox to your package is to add a new user using this option. See the email services page for more information.
- Users List
- This list shows all of the users that have access to your domain services. You can alter their contact details and passwords by clicking on the "edit user button", or send them a password reminder by clicking on the "send user info" button.
- Customization
- You can alter the appearance of your domain control panel using this option.
Services Menu
This menu provides access to the settings screens for all of the configurable services in your package.
- You can add, remove and alter mailboxes, mail aliases and SMTP Authentication accounts here.
- Apache
- You can alter the settings for the Apache Web Server with this section. Please do not alter these settings unless you know exactly what you are doing. Mistakes in this section can result in your site no longer functioning.
- Bind
- Use this section to make changes to you DNS Zonefile. Please do not alter these settings unless you are know exactly what you are doing. Mistakes in this section can result in your Zonefile failing to load correctly, and all of your services being disabled.
- Databases
- You can add and remove MySQL and PostgreSQL databases with this section.
- Productivity etc.
- The other options on the services menu provide access to settings for other services and to the login screens for some of the optional productivity tools.
Support Menu
- Communications Centre
- This section gives you access to all of the messages that have been sent or received by your domain user, and allows you to send messages to other users under your domain account.
- Help Desk
- Using this section you can enter support requests to our ticketing system.
- Online Documentation
- This section provides links to the documentation on the manufacturers website for some of the services included in your package.
Domain Info
This section provides a summary of your package information, including the DNS and mail server names.
Usage
This section provides a summary of your service usage. You can use this to monitor the usage of your disk space and traffic allowances, and to see how many of your mailboxes or mail aliases have been used.
Email Shortcut Icons
These icons provide quick access to the email options on the Services Menu.
Shortcut Icons
These icons provide quick access to the settings for some of the services included in your package, and to the login screens for the productivity tools.
Domain Switcher
Using this drop-down list you can quickly switch from one domain control panel to another, provided that you are logged as a user with sufficient priviledges.
Level Switcher
If you have dropped down from your customer control panel to the domain control panel, you can click on this section to revert to the customer control panel.
