Cancelling Packages
If you do not wish to continue with your hosting or email package, then you will need to close down the services by cancelling it in the control panel. First log in to the customer control panel, then from the Orders Menu select Personal Orders >> Personal Orders List. Click the last button on the right ("cancel package") next to the relevant order. A new window will open, asking you to confirm the cancellation.
If an invoice has already been issued for the next billing period for the service or domain name please contact us via email and we will cancel the invoice for you.
Please note that if you cancel your package before the end of the period, you will not be credited for any remaining time that you have already paid for. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
