What you need before you start:
• A mailbox setup in your control panel: http://cp.domaincheck.co.uk/cp
• E-mail address: This is what you have setup in your control panel
• Username: This is the same as your full email address (example: john@example.com)
• Password: This is the password you set in your control panel while setting up your mailbox
• Incoming and Outgoing mail servers: mail.example.com (example.com = your domain name)
Adding an Email account to the Blackberry Email Client:
To integrate a Post Office Protocol (POP) or Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) email account using the Email Settings application from the BlackBerry® smartphone, complete the following steps:
- Open Email Settings on the BlackBerry smartphone
- Click Set up another email account.
- Choose Other from the list of options.
- Enter the Email Address and Email Password, then click Continue.
- If the BlackBerry Inernet Service indicates that there was a problem, select I will provide the settings.
- Select POP/IMAP (Most common).
- Enter the Email Server and User name, then press Continue.
- The email account should then be successfully added.
Blackberry's can sometimes be configured from the phone or via the providers website:

To integrate a POP or a IMAP email account through advanced integration using the web login, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the BlackBerry Internet Service account with your user name and password.
- Click Set Up Email to begin the integration process.
- Type the email address and the password in the Email address and Email Password fields, and click Next.
- If there is an issue with integrating the email account, you may be asked to provide further information.
- You can manually provide the settings to integrate the email account by clicking the provide additional settings link.
- Chose provide additional settings, you must identify the integration as either POP or IMAP and provide the advanced settings.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish to return to the BlackBerry Internet Service Home screen
