Assigned DNS Servers
If you have a domain name registered with us and you would like to use services from another provider, or if you have a domain registered with another agent and want to use our services, then you may need to change the assigned name servers (also known as DNS servers) for the domain name.
How to assign your DNS Servers
You can make this change using the customer control panel. First log in to the customer control panel. From the Orders Menu select Domains Manager >> Domains List. This option will show you a list of your domain names, along with their expiry dates and registrar information. Click the edit domain account button next to the relevant domain name, this will bring up a new page containing the domain registration information. Scroll to the bottom of this page and enter the new DNS server names boxes at the bottom, replacing the existing entries, then click "update dns".
Please note that you need at least two DNS servers for each domain. It may take up to 48 hours for the update to take effect.
